Sewer problems include:
1. Blocked side sewers where sewage is coming out of the trap
2. Flooded catchbasins
If you have a blocked sewer where nothing is coming out of the trap, the repair responsibility is the homeowner's and you may hire a plumber to solve the problem. If sewage is coming out of the trap... call the number above and report the problem. It this case the City will clean out the side sewer or make a repair.
