The Department of Public Works has begun the permit review process for the following Mobile Food Facility permits. Notices of Intent for Mobile Facilities have been mailed to nearby businesses if the facility operates between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m., and to nearby property owners, residential tenants, and businesses if the facility operates between the hours of 8 p.m. and 3 a.m. the following day. Notices of Intent detail locations, hours of operation, and menus for the proposed Mobile Food Facility permit.
Objections to Mobile Food Facility permit applications must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the Notice of Intent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org by mail to the Department of Public Works, Bureau of Street-Use and Mapping, 875 Stevenson Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, by fax to (415) 554-6161 the Public Comment Form. Please include the permit number and location, the reasons for your objection, and your contact information.
